Refund policy

At On The Racks, we strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If, however, you need to return a garment, here’s how it works:

1. Return Window:

   • Returns must be initiated and the garment shipped back within 2 days of delivery.

2. Return Shipping:

   • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to send the garment back to us.
   • Please ensure the garment is returned in its original condition, with all tags intact and unworn.

3. Refund Processing:

   • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a store credit voucher will be issued. The voucher will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
